With state-of-the-art infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, we have more than 4 manufacturing units all over Maharashtra that comprise separate design offices for customized component designing and a separate lab for quality testing.
At Yeshshree, we constantly endeavour toward achieving maximum accuracy, perfection, and productivity. For this, all our product development processes and administration processes are automated with the highest grade technology. Our administration process is equipped with hi-tech SAP technology while the product development process is equipped with the well-known TPM. To avoid accidents & human errors, we use robotic lines for the picking & placing of sheets across various manufacturing processes, which also delivers faster and more accurate outputs.

For the product development and designing process, we strategically deploy cutting-edge technology and use internationally acclaimed machinery for manufacturing purposes. As a leading sheet metal parts & tools manufacturer in India, constant up-gradation of technology and processes is integral to our work culture. Our team regularly undergoes periodic and adequate training programs to get well-versed with the latest technology and skills.
Processing more than 80 tons of steel per day, we have automated most of the processes to minimize any scope of error. We have robotic lines for welding and pick & place mechanism of steel sheets and other heavy works and our development activities are monitored through the Team Centre software.
Our constant focus on TPM reduces the wastage of resources as well as the cost of production. Additionally, our internal processes are automated with the implementation of SAP enterprise business solutions for smoother internal functioning.

Welding Capabilities
Offering auto parts manufacturing facility for commercial vehicles and two-wheeler vehicles since the year 1997, our rich clientele includes the likes of BOSCH, Bajaj, and Piaggio. 
In all 4 of our technologically upbeat manufacturing plants, we have implemented various integrated welding assembly systems, which expand our welding capabilities to robotic welding assemblies, and MIG welding assembly. Specially designed robotic lines have also been placed, targeting maximum accuracy and augmented productivity.
At Yeshshree, we believe in delivering predictable quality and quantity which can be achieved through optimum automation of processes. That?s why we use MIG welding assemblies and robotic welding assemblies to avoid complexity and reduce the chances of error and accidents caused by human interference.
While our robotic lines are capable of taking care of the spot weld assembly, our pick and place arrangements enable efficient sheet metal pressing. Additionally, increased automation in various other processes assists in accelerating the manufacturing processes remarkably.
Yeshshree is also the OEM manufacturer of Body-in-white for 3 wheeler automotive. We use spot welding in the manufacturing of trays for goods carrier vehicles, which enables us to deliver as many as 50 goods carrier trays on a daily basis. Spot welding also facilitates the manufacture of deep drawn front mudguards and dashboard metal skeletons. 
Additionally, we also apply robotic welding for faster production of passenger body components required for commercial vehicles, while MIG welding assembly helps us seamlessly complete all repair procedures.
Stamping Capabilities
With more than 4 manufacturing units in Maharashtra, Yeshshree Press Comps Pvt. Ltd is one of the foremost companies that specializes in precision stamping.  Employing cutting-edge technology for the designing and manufacturing of all our metal stampings, we are the experts in delivering high-quality, efficient precision metal stamping, thus setting a benchmark in the market.
At Yeshshree, we have a stamping facility of over 10,000 square meters, with facilities for hydraulic shearing and bending. Our precision metal stamping in mechanical press ranges from 10 tons to 500 tons with a bed size of 2500X 1500, while our hydraulic press ranges from 30 tons to 500 tons with a maximum bed size of 3200 X 2000 mm.
Preferred by the leading automotive manufacturers for our expertise and years of experience in precision metal stamping, we process close to 80 tons of steel per day. 
All our 6 stations are equipped with transfer press and Hitech technologies like Tandem line, Auto blanking, and Pneumatic pick and place, which enables us to produce up to 1250 tons of metal stamping. Our team also specializes in providing prompt and customized services as per the client?s requirements.

A peek into some of our key milestones in a long journey of success & hard work:
1997 ? Established the first plant & achieved a turnover of 0.7 crores in the same year.
1999 ? A successful launch of the 2nd plant in Aurangabad
2001 ? Started the manufacturing and processing of the six-seater body. Also, began the process of designing and developing the required components. The 3rd manufacturing plant in Aurangabad was also established.
2003 ? Establishment of a well-equipped 4th manufacturing plant at Aurangabad
2005 ? Set up of 5th manufacturing Plant at Baramati.
2007 ? Implementation of the futuristic SAP enterprise software for easier and faster business processing
2009 ? Implementation of Team centre at Siemens PLM
2011 ? Estabslihement of the 6th manufacturing unit at Aurangabad. Achieved record turnover of 240 crores.
2013 ? The beginning of the engineering division at Aurangabad. Turnover reaches yet another high of 309 crores
